OFFICE AND DEPARTMENTS: Each managing department consists of specific offices – Direction, Administration, trading, Commercial, technical, Quality , Logistic, Warehouse,Production – linked together through personalized network .
PRODUCTION MACHINES: The production department is equipped with the most modern machines for turning work: automatic turners, CNC numeric control machines, traditional camme index. It's possible to product diameter external minimum Ø 20mm to external maximum Ø 48mm
LASER WORKING The new maschine for laser working is equipped to make various tipologies of laser incisions.
QUALITY TESTS - CERTIFICATION ISO 9001:00
The quality of the production made by FE.L.O.M. is supported by several and accurated tests for every single phase of the production process.
Each product is submitted to specific tests either in the production phase and in the assembly or packaging phase; a modern laboratory of metrology to check dimension is at our disposal.
Upon request of clients we are in a position to release the relevant testing certificates of any part made on the running machine with SPC program as well as all certifiactes of the raw material.
The articles can be followed, on custom request, with the raw material certificate, and other certificates of possible surface traitments.
RAW MATERIALS and TOOLINGS
The quality of FE.L.O.M. product is based not only on the production process , but also on the selection of the best materials, starting from raw materials regularly certified with material testing, of adequate tooling and devices aimed to grant a no-problem running on of the production on the machines.
WASHING
The washing process is important to grant a product free from working residuals, oil and visibly excellent . An ecological washing machine with baskets is liable to assure this further step to the final evolution of the product.
TREATMENTS
Upon specific request the surface of the products can be treated with nickel-plating,zink-plating, roll-chromeplating, chromeplating or recooking. Skilful suppliers in this field are of precious support to offer this service.
ASSEMBLY
FE.L.O.M. has at his disposal an equipped assembly department for specific needs of the customers for a finished product.
WAREHOUSE, LABELLING , PACKIGING
With the final end of the various processes of production, testing, washing , surface treatment and assembly , products are labelled and stocked ; packing is made by means of carton boxes on pallets or according to the wishes of the customer, weight is checked and product is ready for despatch.
LOGISTIC
Organization of transport for the consignment is made regularly every day through ourselves or using conventional courier.
SAFETY and ENVIRONMENTFE.L.O.M. devotes a special eye regard to safety on work and environment ,supported by a certified external company in order to offer workers a working method constantly monitored by means of an evaluation document and specific training courses to workers. Friendly ecological products are in use tested by the analysis document of emissions in the atmosphere.
